Mr. Schoaner seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> All voted Aye on the amended motion. <br /> LIQUOR LICENSE - 628-630 NORTH AND SOUTH ROAD <br /> The City Manager said an application to sell beer and wine by the glass at <br /> this location was tabled pending Council action on the site plan. He noted <br /> that those who collected signatures of support for the restaurant expansion <br /> also assured him that the signers were in favor of the liquor license. <br /> Mr. Adams moved that this item be removed from the table. Mr. Schoomer sec- <br /> onded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Adams then moved approval of the liquor license application. Mr. Schoomer <br /> seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 8406 OLIVE BOULEVARD <br /> The City Manager concurred in the Plan Commission recommendation for restaur- <br /> ant use of the property at 8406 Olive, with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The storage area indicated on the floor plan suhtiitted shall not be used <br /> as restaurant seating, banquet facilities, or other use. <br /> 2. Trash containers for patron use shall be available on the premises at all <br /> times and the operator shall regularly police the area adjacent to the <br /> restaurant as well as the area to the south to remove litter and debris. <br /> 3. An outdoor refuse disposal box and surrounding area shall be maintained in <br /> a clean and sanitary condition at all times. <br /> 4. An exhaust system shall be installed or other means shall be taken to pre- <br /> vent any food preparation or cooking odors beyond the limits of the Gener- <br /> al Commercial District. <br /> 5. A landscape area is to be installed to the east of the east line of the <br /> parking area and also at the front of the site for the easternmost 30 <br /> feet. It is to be installed and maintained in accordance with a landscape <br /> plan submitted to and approved by the Director of Planning. These land- <br /> scape installations will require cutting out asphalt. <br /> 6.
