Session 1515, Minutes Page 5 <br /> COI April 2, 1990 <br /> Alvin Kau$nan, 14 Spoede Hills, came forward. Mr. Kaufman said the restaurant <br /> would conform to all conditions plus the BOCA Fire Code regarding restaurant <br /> exhaust. He noted that parking requirements were already met, and said the <br /> restaurant would be a credit to the neighborhood. <br /> In response to Mr. Wagner, Mr. Kaufman said Mr. Yn operates other restaurants <br /> in University City. <br /> Mrs. Schuman asked if the landscaping and curb cuts had been finalized. Mr. <br /> 011endorff said all conditions have been agreed to and the plans received by <br /> Council were marked accordingly; but he believed it did not include the final <br /> landscape plan. <br /> Mr. Adams asked if there would be a liquor license application; it was noted <br /> that material submitted by the applicant indicated no such intention. <br /> Mr. Schoamer called the question, and all voted Aye. <br /> SITE PLAN AND LIOUOR LICENSE - 8336 OLIVE BOULEVARD <br /> The City Manager said Council tabled the liquor license application to sell <br /> cooking wine at 8336 Olive pending submission of a site plan. He recommended <br /> approval of the site plan from Asia Trading Company showing the wine display <br /> limited to one six-foot section of shelving in the northwest corner of the <br /> store. If approved, Council may then wish to approve the liquor license to <br /> sell wine by the package at this location. All city requirements for both the <br /> site plan and liquor license have been met. <br /> Mrs. Schuman moved approval of the site plan. Mrs. Thompson seconded the mo- <br /> tion, which carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Schomer moved that the liquor license application for 8336 Olive be taken <br /> from the table. Mr. Adams seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> Mrs. Schuman then moved approval of the liquor license application at 8336 <br /> Olive. Mrs. Thompson seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> PERSONNEL REPORT <br /> The Personnel report for the week ending March 31, 1990 was received and or- <br /> dered filed. <br /> POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> The Police Department report for the month of February, 1990 was received and <br /> ordered filed.
