The following conditions should apply: <br /> 1. The approval for a tax exempt corporation is limited to the applicant re- <br /> maining as a tenant and becomes null and void if the applicant becomes an <br /> owner of the property. <br /> 2. The authorization is limited to the approximately 160 square foot space <br /> designated by the City as Suite 105. <br /> 3. No signs shall be placed on the walls, windows or parking area which iden- <br /> tify or otherwise call attention to the applicant's business or institu- <br /> tion. <br /> Mr. Price moved approval with all conditions as listed. Mrs. Schuman seconded <br /> the motion. The applicant was present and said he understood and would comply <br /> with the conditions. All voted Aye. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING - ZONING ANENEMENT ON HISTORIC DISTRICTS <br /> The City Manager said a public hearing was scheduled for 7:30 p.m., this date <br /> to hear comments regarding proposed changes in the Zoning Code that will im- <br /> pose time limits and other restrictions on the establishment of historic dis- <br /> tricts and landmarks. The changes are necessary to fully comply with State of <br /> Missouri standards, and will help make the City eligible for possible future <br /> grants or assistance. The changes have also been reed by the Plan and <br /> Historic Preservation Commissions. <br /> Mayor Majerus opened the public hearing at 7:46 p.m. There were no requests <br /> to speak, and the Mayor closed the public hearing at 7:46 p.m. <br /> Mr. Wagner asked that the administration proceed with drafting a bill contain- <br /> ing the recommended changes. Mr. 011endorff agreed. <br /> PERSONNEL REPORT <br /> The Personnel report for the week ending January 6, 1990 was received and or- v` <br /> dered filed. <br /> POLICE DEPARZNonIT REPORT <br /> The Police Department report for the month of November, 1989 was received and <br /> ordered filed. <br /> BILLS FOR SECOND AND THIRD READINGS <br /> BILL NO. 7933 - AMENDING CHAPTER 34 MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING, BY RE- <br /> PEALING SUBSECTION 34-52.5(d) RELATING TO BULK REGULATIONS, AND ENACTING IN <br /> LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION 34-52.5(d) TO REWIRE STRUCTURAL FENCE MEMBERS <br /> TO FACE THE PROPERTY INTERIOR. <br /> Bill No. 7933 was given its second reading. <br /> (re Bill No. 7933 was given its third reading. <br />
