<br /> Bridgeton; Missouri Petroleum is at 1620 Woodson Road. The cost of fuel and
<br /> drive time to pick up this product in Bridgeton greatly reduces the $250 sav-
<br /> ings from the low bid. It was recommended that the bid be split (Missouri Pe-
<br /> troleum, $18,679.90; Elf Asphalt, $1,495) for a total of $20,174.90.
