<br /> Asphaltic concrete used by the Street Division is picked up at the plant by
<br /> City vehicles. The two low bids are from plants in northwest and south St.
<br /> Louis County, and the long drive time back would allay/ the concrete to cool
<br /> too much to be usable. Therefore, the recommendation is to accept the bid of
<br /> $17,775.00 from the Fred Weber, Inc. Kingshighway Plant.

<br /> three sites in Heman Park were sent to nine fencing contractors, with the fol—
