Mr. Adams and Mr. Price had no <br /> objection to that addition, nor did other councilmembers. <br /> All voted Aye. <br /> PERSONNEL REPORT <br /> The Personnel report for the week ending September 29, 1990 was received and <br /> ordered filed. <br /> POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> The Police Department report for the month of August, 1989 was received and <br /> ordered filed. <br /> CrrIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Mr. Alan Reiman, 8318 Cornell, said he was upset at receiving a warning notice <br /> last week for putting his refuse out more than 12 hours in advance of the <br /> pickup, and he suggested this was not a good way to treat a 25-year resident. <br /> BILL FOR SECOND AND THIRD READING <br /> Prior to the second reading of Bill No. 7979, the City Clerk said three loca- <br /> tions where right turn on red is permitted had not been removed from the ori- <br /> ginal bill--Delmar at McKnight, Kingsland at Bartmer, and McKnight at Old Bon- <br /> home. Mr. Adams moved that Bill No. 7979 be amended to reflect the elimina- <br /> tion of those locations from the bill. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> BILL NO. 7979 (AS AMENDED) - AMENDING CHAPTER 21 MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO <br /> MICR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC BY REPEALING SECTION 21-10.1, AND ENACTING IN LIEU <br /> THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 21-10.1. OFFICIAL TRAFFIC SIGNS <br /> AND SIGNALS--DESIGNATION PROHIBITING RIGHT TURN ON RED INTERSECTIONS," BY <br /> AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO PROHIBIT RIGHT TURN ON RED AT DESIGNATED INTER- <br /> SECTIONS. <br /> Bill No. 7979 (as amended) was given its second reading. <br /> Bill No. 7979 (as amended) was given its third reading. <br /> Mr. Adams moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance.
