October 11, 1990 <br /> FROM: Willie Norfleet, Director of Finance <br /> TO: Frank 011endorff, City Manager <br /> SUBJECT: Budget Transfers <br /> Attached is a list of budget transfers that need to be approved by the City <br /> Council in order to have a balanced budget. <br /> } <br /> The attached list includes nearly every line item that will be overspent, which <br /> was an estimated $216,493. <br /> By reducing the Contingent Appropriations, Transfer of Appropriation for <br /> Building Fund and Fire Truck, the overall General Fund expenditures exceed the <br /> budget by $69,026. The Prior Year's Revenue will have to be increased by <br /> $69,026 in order to have a balanced budget. <br /> If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
