Mr. Adams seconded the mo- <br /> tion, which carried unanimously. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING - ZONING CODE/CLINICS <br /> The City Manager said a public hearing was scheduled for 7:30 p.m. this date <br /> to hear comments on the Plan Commission proposal to allow residential or out- <br /> patient clinics for the treatment of alcohol and other drug abuse in the Pub- <br /> lic Activity and General Commercial districts only with conditional uqin per- <br /> mits.
