<br />Traffic Commission <br />6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri 63130, Phone: (314) 505-8560, Fax: (314) 862-0694 <br />Officer Margul mentioned that the purpose of the peak hour parking restriction to allow two <br />lanes of traffic is not accurate, especially on Mondays when the trash collection takes place <br />and the parking lane on the south side of Forsyth is used for trash carts. <br />Ms. Gutierrez confirmed that the restriction was written in the traffic code. It is unknown <br />when it happened, but it does exist. <br />Commissioner Warbin made a motion to have the restriction on the south side of the street <br />removed. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hales, and unanimously approved. <br />Commissioner Wofsey suggested that the Commission wait to see what happens with the <br />recommendation for the south side of the street prior to any further action. <br />Commissioner Wofsey asked Mr. Klatch if he wanted to be to petition the issue with the <br />parking on the north side or wait to see what happens with the recommendation for the <br />south side parking restriction. Mr. Klatch opted to wait to see what happens with the south <br />side before petitioning anything for north side of the street. <br />D. The <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Warbin, and was unanimously approved. <br />2. Council Liaison Report – Councilmember Carr <br /> <br />Councilmember Carr opted not to talk about the State of the Council. Councilmember Carr <br />reminded the Commission and guests that there is currently a review that is soliciting <br />opinions on Heman Park. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wofsey asked Ms. Gutierrez to send the links to the Commission so that <br />they are able to complete the review. <br /> <br />3.
