Each lot is approximately 50 feet wide and 7000 square <br />feet, the prevailing neighborhood staDa~rd. <br /> <br />CONDJ. If the tower is taken out of service ~ L~eins out of operation for a <br /> period of three (3) months or longer, all above-~Ldde structures shall be <br /> te down ara ~L~3ved frc~ tha site. <br />2. A detailed landscaping plan shall be s~hm~tt~_ to the Director of Plan- <br /> ning for his review and approval. Landscaping shall be installed and <br /> maintained in accordance with th~ appr~ved plan. <br /> <br />In response to Mayor Majerus, Mrs. Sch~m~ln (Plan C~,L~ssion liaison) said the <br />tower is similar to one applied for earlier by a different cu~L~lny in a dif- <br />ferent area, but this is in the far corner of an industrial site and as far <br />away frum residences as is possible in University City. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval with all conditiop~. Mr. Price seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Craig Biesterfeld, attorney for Cybertel Cellular, came forward. In re- <br />sponse to Mr. Price, Mr. Biesterfeld said tba tower would not interfere with <br />area television/radio reception. Mr. Price aa~a what could be done if there <br />was interference. Mr. Ollendorff said the City could de little but the ag- <br />grieved person could file a o-.~,laint with the FCC. <br /> <br />Mrs. Thu~eon thought a condition should be added providing for tower removal <br />if a certain percentage of the cu~,,unity cu~lains about interference.
