RESUBDM SION - 8108 TEASDAlE The City Manager concurred with the Plan Cu~assion reoa~endation to approve the resubiivisic~ of Lot 3, Block 6, University Vie~ Subdivision, into two lots, allowing a new home to be built on one of the lots (an existing home is on the other lot). A detailed landscaping plan shall be s~hm~tt~_ to the Director of Plan- ning for his review and approval. Landscaping shall be installed and maintained in accordance with th~ appr~ved plan. In response to Mayor Majerus, Mrs. Sch~m~ln (Plan C~,L~ssion liaison) said the tower is similar to one applied for earlier by a different cu~L~lny in a dif- ferent area, but this is in the far corner of an industrial site and as far away frum residences as is possible in University City. Mr. Wagner moved approval with all conditiop~. Mr. Price seconded the motion. Mr. Craig Biesterfeld, attorney for Cybertel Cellular, came forward. In re- sponse to Mr. Price, Mr. Biesterfeld said tba tower would not interfere with area television/radio reception. Mr. Price aa~a what could be done if there was interference.
