Mr. Kraft <br />asked staff if someone could clarify whether or not this was the same owner <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert stated that on Sunday evening a couple of months ago he had noticed that Elmo’s was <br />open; cars were parked on both the parking lot and along Olive Street Road. He stated that the <br />next day he called the City Manager and learned that the lounge had opened prematurely.
