Request for 180-day extension of variance case number 13-00862 6526 Plymouth <br />Avenue <br /> <br />Paul Meier with Habitat for Humanity St. Louis requested a 180-day extension of variance case <br />number 13-00862, granted on February 20, 2013 to maintain a combined side yard setback of <br />eight and two-tenth (8.2) feet in lieu of nine (9) feet for the adjoining side yards of the adjoining <br />lot to the immediate west (addressed as 6528 Plymouth Avenue) as required by Section 34-55.2 <br />of the Zoning Code for a proposed single family dwelling. The request for a 180-day extension <br />was approved by a vote of 4 to 0 with one abstention, thereby extending the original approval <br />until August 17, 2014. <br /> <br />4.
