Code Review Committee Report <br />None <br />8.b. Comprehensive Plan Committee Report <br /> <br />Mr. Lai stated that there had been no recent public meetings and the consultants were <br />currently working on background research. They were also collecting names from the <br />Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) members to conduct stakeholder <br />interviews. <br />8.c. Council Liaison Report <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert thanked the Plan Commission for their effort and involvement in the Parkview <br />Gardens Neighborhood Sustainable Development Plan which was recently adopted by City <br />Council and stated that the roundabout project was moving forward. <br />8.d. Department Report <br />Mr. Lai stated that the Parkview Gardens Neighborhood Sustainable Development Plan, a <br />project that began in 2011 with much staff, Plan Commission, and public involvement, with <br />many opportunities for public involvement, was adopted by City Council as part of the <br />Comprehensive Plan Update of 2005. He stated that some of the next steps were <br />implementation and carrying out some of the strategies and recommendations, some of <br />which were short-term and others long-term. He added that the rezoning of property on <br />Bland Drive that was approved by Plan Commission had recently been approved by City <br />Council. <br />Other Discussion <br /> <br /> <br />-Plan Commission members and staff briefly discussed the status of the Kingsland Walk <br />project and the adoption process for Comprehensive Plans. <br /> <br />9.
