Per the request of Mayor Welsch the Ordinance was read for the second and <br />third time. <br /> <br />Bill 9237 had its second and third readings <br /> <br />Dr. Carr moved to approve Bill 9237 and was seconded by Mr. Jennings. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: <br />Mr. Jennings, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Sharpe, Mr. Crow, Dr. Carr and Mayor Welsch. <br />NAYS: <br /> None <br />Bill Number 9237 carried unanimously and became Ordinance 6967. <br /> <br />2. <br />BILL 9238 <br />- An ordinance approving a final plat for a minor subdivision of a tract of land to be <br />known as 7918-20 Delmar Boulevard condominium, a survey and condominium plat of part of Lot <br />33 of Central Suburbs subdivision. Per the request of Mayor Welsch the Ordinance was read for <br />the second and third time. <br /> <br />Bill 9238 had its second and third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft moved to approve Bill 9238 and was seconded by Dr. Carr. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: <br />Mr. Jennings, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Sharpe, Mr. Crow, Dr. Carr and Mayor Welsch. <br />NAYS: <br /> None <br /> <br />Bill 9238 carried unanimously and became Ordinance 6968. <br /> <br />3. <br />BILL 9239 – <br /> An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of University City Missouri to execute <br />the Municipal Housing and Community Development Cooperation agreement of 2015 – 2017; <br />and supplemental agreements thereto with St. Louis County with regard to the Housing and <br />Community Development Act of 1974 as amended. Per the request of Mayor Welsch the <br />Ordinance was read for the second and third time. <br /> <br />Bill 9239 had its second and third reading <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to approve Bill 9239 and was seconded by Mr. Kraft. <br /> <br />Dr. Carr stated that normally the City Manager is authorized to execute this type of an agreement. <br />However what she had determined is that the CDBG is requesting that the Mayor execute the contract. <br />She stated that it is unusual for the Mayor to sign a contract, but in this case seems to be justified and <br />would never want to lose this grant. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: <br />Mr. Jennings, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Sharpe, Mr. Crow, Dr. Carr and Mayor Welsch. <br />NAYS: <br /> None <br /> <br />Bill 9239 carried unanimously and became Ordinance 6969. <br /> <br />M. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />BILLS <br /> <br />
