Session 1781
May 8, 2000

Mr. Schoomer stated that this is in effect creating a hollow box.

Loretta Bryant, 7863 Milan, said that her neighbor's son has been mowing that "box area"
for 30 years. She is afraid that the kids or men are going to jump the fence and go over if
the fence is not high enough.

Mayor Adams attempted to explain the situation with fencing and the "box" situation to the
neighbors present more clearly. He suggested that the neighbors consider moving the
fencing toward the middle. The approval of the bill can be delayed if they want.

Irene Graham, 7855 Wayne, said she does not mind the fence closing off both ends of the
walkway.

Mr. Schoomer moved adoption.
