ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION <br />WHICH PROVIDES THAT THE CITY SHALL RECEIVE GRANT FUNDS FOR <br />RESURFACING ACTIVITIES ON EIGHTY SECOND BLVD, OLD BONHOMME <br />ROAD, ETZEL AVENUE AND KINGSLAND AVENUE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of University City, Missouri, is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into and execute the attached “Missouri <br />Highways and Transportation Commission STP-Urban Program Agreement,” which <br />is attached marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />Section 2.
