This is <br />especially true in light of the significant pro-competitive environment envisioned <br />by the Telecommunications Act. The attached ordinance and agreement will <br />authorize AT&T Video to operate within our public right-of-way to deliver video <br /> <br />service. The agreement specifically addresses CALOP contributions. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approval <br />K-1-a <br /> <br />February 26, 2007 <br /> <br />
