Session 1788 <br />July 10, 2000 <br /> <br />AYES: Mr. Schoomer, Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner and Mayor Adams. <br />NAYS: none. Bill No. 8479 was approved and became Ordinance No. 6258, <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8480 - AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO ZONING BY REPEALING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />ILLUSTRATING THE ZONING DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO <br />SECTION 34-22 THEREOF, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW <br />OFFICIAL ZONING MAP, THEREBY AMENDING SAID MAP SO AS TO <br />CHANGE THE CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY AT 539 AND 543 NORTH <br />AND SOUTH BOULEVARD FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />("SR") TO LIMITED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT ("LR"); CONTAINING A SAVING <br />CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved adoption. Ms. Colquitt seconded the motion. AYES: Ms. <br />Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Schoomer and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. <br />Bill No. 8480 was approved and became Ordinance No. 6259. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR INTRODUCTION: <br /> <br />1.
