She feels this tree should be <br />cut back in order to let the light through. She feels it is unsafe, because burglars could <br />come up to her and not be seen. <br /> <br />Versia Cross, President of her neighborhood association, wished to thank Council and the <br />City with helping her and her neighbors with the neighborhood creek problem. <br /> <br />CITY CLERK'S DOCKET: <br /> <br />BILLS FOR SECOND AND THIRD READINGS: <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8467 - APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND <br />TO BE KNOWN AS LOTS A AND B OF BLOCK 12 OF DARSTDALE SUBDIVISION. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved adoption. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion. AYES: Ms. <br />Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe, <br />Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill No. 8467 was approved unanimously, with <br />amendment, and became Ordinance No. 6246. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8468 - AMENDING CHAPTER 10.08 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATING TO TRAFFIC SIGNS AND SIGNALS, BY REPEALING SECTION <br />10.08.040 THEREOF, RELATING TO UNAUTHORIZED SIGNAL DEVICES <br />PROHIBITED - NUISANCES DECLARED, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A <br />NEW SECTION 10.08.040, UNAUTHORIZED SIGNAL DEVICES PROHIBITED- <br />NUISANCES DECLARED, SO AS TO REQUIRE SIGNAL DEVICES, ETC; ON <br />ROADWAYS IN PRIVATE OWNERSHIP AND USED BY THE PUBLIC TO BE <br />APPROVED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS; CONTAINING A SAVING <br />CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br /> <br /> <br />
