Session <br />June 5, <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />1786 <br />2000 <br /> <br />A bill wasint~duced by Mr. Wagner, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2.68 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO MISCELLANEOUS ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS, BY <br />REPEALING SECTION 2.68.020 THEREOF, RELATING TO FEES FOR USE OF <br />CITY AMBULANCE SERVICE, AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION 2.68.020; <br />SO AS TO INCREASE THE BASE FEE FROM THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY <br />DOLLARS ($350) TO FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($400) AND THE FEE FOR <br />CERTAIN ADDITIONAL SERVICES FROM SIXTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($65) TO <br />SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($75), AND SO AS TO IMPOSE A FEE OF SIX <br />DOLLARS ($6.00) PER MILE FOR EACH TRANSPORT TO A HOSPITAL; <br />CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned number 8473. <br /> <br />5. A bill was introduced by Ms. Colquitt, entitled: <br /> <br />ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO THE FIRE <br />CAPTAINS AND FIRE FIGHTERS AS ENUMERATED HEREIN FROM AND <br />AFTER JUNE 21, 2000, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 6210. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned number 8474. <br /> <br />6. A bill was introduced by Mr. Sharpe, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO CITY <br />OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES AS ENUMERATED HEREIN FROM AND AFTER <br />JUNE 21,2000, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 6223. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned number 8475. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams asked for a motion to go into executive session for personnel reasons as <br />prescribed by state statute 610.02 1 and 610.022, in the second floor conference room at <br />8:25 p.m. Mr. Wagner entered a motion. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion. The roll <br />call vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. <br />Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor Adams.
