`i k <br /> 4 4 0 <br /> c. <br /> "G <br /> 2 <br /> the limits of the Oity; that proper garbage receptacles for the <br /> deposit of garbage are kept by the residents of the City and that <br /> such receptacles are kept covered and in a healthful and sanitary <br /> condition, as provided bar the ordinances of this City. And shall <br /> further see to it that all public streets, alleys and places within <br /> the City limits are Impt free and clear of all accumulations of <br /> garbage, refuse and of dead animals. <br /> Section 8. It shall be the further duty of the Supervisor of <br /> Sanitation and the employees working under him to report any <br /> violation of the health ordinances of the City to the proper <br /> authorities and to secure under proper process the arrest of all <br /> violators of such ordinances. <br /> Section 9.1 The said Supervisor of Sanitation is hereby <br /> authorized from time to time, with the approval of the Board of <br /> AldaTmen, to prescribe uniforms, badges or insignia to be worn and <br /> displayed by himself and employees of his department and to prescribe <br /> that the samC shall be worn during 811 hours of service. <br /> Sootion 10. Ordinahve number 967 approved the 27th dag <br /> of may A.D. , 1924 , is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 11.
