Section b: The permission and authority hereby granted are upon the express condition that United Railways Company of St. Louis and Rolla dells , Receiver of United Rail- ways Company of St. Louis , their successors and assigns , shall , within ninety days after acceptance of this ordinances file with the Recorder of Deeds for St. Louis County, Missouri, suitable deeds dedicating to public use forever, for highway purposes, a strip of ground ten feet wide on the west side of Kingsland Avenue, now sixty feet wide , between the southern line of Vernon Avenue and the southern line of Vernon Place Subdivision, and also a strip of ground ten feet wide along the east side of Kingsland Avenue , now sixty feet wide , be- tween the southern line of Vernon Avenue and the southern line of Vernon Place Subdivision, so'-that Kingsland Avenue , from the southern line of Vernon Avenue ,to the southern line. of Vernon Place Subdivision shall be eighty feet in width. I_._..._ Section 6: The rights herein granted shall con- tinue only so long as said strips of -ground ten feet wide on _ each side of Kingsland Avenue, between the southern line of Vernon Avenue and the southern line of Vernon Place Subdivi- sions required to be dedicated by Section 5 of this ordinance , remain open for public use, and should, at any time, the City of University City desire to eliminate the curbs on each side of the central twenty-five foot strip of Kingsland Avenue as aforesaid, between the southern line of Vernon Avenue and d the southern line of Vernon Place Subdivision, then and in that event said City of University City shall vacate and abolish those ten foot strips on each side of Kingslan Avenue aforesaid. Section 7: The preamble of this rdinance is hereby adopted as part hereof. Section 8: This ordinance shall not become effective unless it is accepted by the United Railways Company of St. Louis -3-
