LOUIS, MISSOURI, PROM WESTGATE AVENUE, INZERDRIVE, ENRIGHT AVENUE AND C L HENS AVENUE , ESTABLISHING A BENEFIT AND TAXING DIS- TRICT AND DIRECTING ThE CON E1,�NATION ThEREOF. f BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. An alley in block 4 of North Parkview Sub- division in the City of University City, St. Louie County, Missouri r as shown on a plat recorded in plat book 11, page 4 of the Record- F er ' of Deeds: Office of the County of St. Louis, Missouri, between Westgate Avenue, Interdrive, Enright Avenue and Clemens Avenue, it is hereby established as a public highway and alley, the width thereof to be fifteen (15' ) feet and the center line thereof to t run along the East line of lots one (1 ) to seventeen (17 ) , both k inclusive in said block 4, and plat describing said alley prepared by the City Engineer of the City of Jniversity City of Missouri sod now on file in his office, is hereby approved, confirmed, adopted f and by this reference made a part of this ordinance with like I effect as if said plat were incorporated herein and made a part hereof. Section 2. There is ' hereby established a Benefit Assess- ment or Taxing District in the City of University City, St . Louis County, Missouri , for the establishing and opening of said alley as aforesaid as follows : c All of block 4 of North Parkview Sub- division, bounded on the North by Clemens Avenue, on the East by Interdrive, on the South by Enright Avenue and on the West by r Westgate Avenue . The exact boundaries of the said Benefit Assessment and Taxing District as described hereinbefore , are shown on the plat of said Taxing District, and filed in the office of the City fi Engineer of the City of University City, which said plat is marked: i "Plat of the Benefit or Taxing District for the 3' Establishing or Opening of a Public Alley in Block 4, North Parkview Subdivision. " The said plat is hereby approved, confirmed, adopted and f amade a part hereof with the same force and effect as if the same plat were incorporated herein and made a part hereof. 1 Section 3. The City Attorney is hereby instructed to bring action in condemnation, pursuant to the laws of the State of Missouri and the Ordinances of the City of University City. Missouri, to establish said private alley as a public highway and alley in the City of University City, St. Louis Q'ounty, Missouri. C C Section 4. Assessments for benefits against private property within the limits of the Benefit Assessment or Taxing r District as described by this Ordinance shall be a lien from the date on which judgment shall have been rendered by the Circuit Court, • i i E is
