Louis County, Missouri , and shall attach to the several lots or parcels of land so assessed for the Benefits, as aforesaid, acid the said lien shall continue against each lot or parcel of ground. assessed, u;!ltil the assessment against such lots or parcels of ground have been paid in full, both principal and interest. Section 5. The said assessments shall be made in one pay- ment and shall bear interest at the rate of eight (8, ) per cent per annum, fifteen ( 15 ) days after the date of the judgment, mak- ing the said assessment, is entered. Upon the collection of the assessment, the City shall pay the same into the Court for the use of the persons in whose favor they shall have been collected, or who may be lAwfully entitled to same , as provided by law. Section 6. dhen judgment has been rendered by the Court on the report of the Commissioners assessing damages and benefits under this rdinance , the City Collector shall proceed to collect the benefits according to law. The said Assessment so collected shall be kept by the City Collector in a special fund solely for th-e payment of land taken for the establishment of said public alley aforesaid. Section 7. The City of University City, through its proper officers may advance any portion of the amount of damages so awarded for payment into Gourt,as provided by law out of the available funds of the General Revenue Fund of the sai City, and the said City shall reimburse itself for such sum or sums advanced from the Benefits assessed when the same are collected. Section 8. The Commissioners appointed by the Circuit Court shall receive Five ( 11;5.00) Dollars per diem as full compensa- tion for their services as such Commissioners, to be paid by the City upon proper warrants, approved by the Mayor and Board of Alder- men of said City. Section 9. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor. p A. Passed this 0 day of February, A. D. 1928.
