<br /> division in the City of University City,
<br /> St- Louis County, YASEouri .
<br /> as shown on a plat 'recorded in plat book 11. page 4, of the Kecord-
<br /> er of )eels ( ffice of the County of St. Louis , Lf-issouri , between
<br /> Limit Avenue , Eastgate Avenue, lj'nright ;1venue and ulemens Avenue ,
<br /> it is hereby established as a public highway and alley, the width
<br /> thereof to be fifteen (15 ' ) feet and the center line thereof to
<br /> run along the East line Of lots one (1 ) to eight (6 ) , both inclu-
<br /> sive in said block 6, and plat describing said alley prepared by
<br /> the City Engineer of the City of University City of .1viliseouri and
<br /> now on -file in his office, is hereby ap-)roved confirmed, adopted
<br /> and by this reference made a part of this Ordinance with like
<br /> effect as if said plat were incorporated herein and made a part
