Session 1789 <br /> <br /> MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> July 24, 2000 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall on Monday, July 24, 2000, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to order <br />at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Mr. Wayne Munkel <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Mr. Larry Lieberman <br /> Mr. Paul Schoomer <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved the approval of the regular session minutes from July 10, 2000. Ms. <br />Colquirt seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved the appointment of Ms. Susan Mueller, 7022 Delmar, to the Library <br />Board for a term ending June 30, 2003. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams moved the reappointment of Marc Hirshman to the Tax Increment Financing <br />Commission for a term ending August 19, 2004. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion, <br />which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE: <br /> <br />The City Clerk administered the oath of office to Ms. Mary Costantin - Library Board. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams thanked Ms. Costantin for her willingness to serve on this important body. <br />He noted that Boards and Commissions were very important to the City and encouraged <br />interested individuals to fill out an application. <br /> <br /> <br />
