The "R-1. district is the most restricted and the "M-l" district is <br />the least restricted. <br /> <br /> Section 2001.3 "R-l" one-fams~Fdistr$ct, The following regulations <br />shall apply in s]] "R-i" districts or "supplemental regulations" and <br />"exceptions" see articles 2002 and 2003). <br /> <br /> ~I~. No building or land shall be used and no building shall be here- <br />after erected, structurally altered c~ enlarged, u~less otherwise provided <br />in this chapter, except for the following usess <br /> <br />1) One-family dwelling. <br /> <br />2) Farming and truck gardening, i~ in compliancc with all other laws <br /> ~nd ordinances pertaining to the city. <br /> <br />Conditional uses. The following uses may also be permitted if their <br />site location and development are first approved, as provided for <br />in Section 2002.3. <br /> <br />a) School. <br />b) Church, except rescue mission or temporary revival. <br />c) Playground, park, athletic field or recreation building which <br /> is owned or operated by the municipality. <br />d) Golf course, except driving range and miniature course. <br /> <br />Trsnsitional use. Any of the following transitional uses my he <br />permitted, if the location and development are first approved as <br />provided in Section 2002.3 on a lot in an '~" district where the <br />side of such lot abuts upon the s~de or rear of a lot in a '~" <br />or "M. district, provided such transitional use does not extend <br />more than one hundred feet from the boundary of the "0" or "M" <br />district which it adJoinss <br /> <br />c) Two family dwelling with the same area requirements as in the <br /> "R-4" district. <br />b) Principal office of ~ physician, surgeon, dentist, chiropractor <br /> or ostcopath, provided such use is conducted within a dwellin8 <br /> and the residential character of such dwelling is not changed. <br />c) Public parking area when located and developed as required in <br /> section 2002.5. <br /> <br />5) Uses customarily incident to any of the above uses, including whome <br /> occupations" noT. involving the conduct of a business. <br /> <br />6) ~ccossory building, provided that it shall be 16cated as required <br /> in section 2002.4. <br /> <br />7) Sign as provided for in section 2002.7. <br /> <br /> <br />
