Written applications for the approval of the uses re- <br />fe~d"'~ in this section shall he filed in the office of the <br />co~nission upon forms prescribed for that purpose by the commission. <br />A fee of fifteen dollars shall he paid upon the filing of each <br />application for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br /> Before the commiSsion makes its final determination it shall <br />hold a public hearing and give at least fifteen days' public notice <br />of the time_- and place of such hearing in an official paper of a <br />paper of general circulation in the city. <br /> <br /> The co~nnission shall make its findings and determination in <br />writing within forty days from the date of filing of an application <br />~..d shall forthwith transmit copy thereof to the applicant and to <br />the council.
