Purdue Avenue and Wellin~ton Avenue: Diagonally from <br />Purdue Avenue to Wellington Avenue. <br /> <br />Teasdale Avenue: The south half thereof at its inter- <br />section on the east side of Hanley Road. <br /> <br />Westmoreland Drive: North of the traffic island at the <br />northwest line of Pratt Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any <br /> <br />person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation <br /> <br />of Ordinance No. 4477, enacted December 23, 1968, nor bar the prosecution for any <br />such violation. <br /> <br />Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions <br /> <br />of this ordinance, shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty pro- <br /> <br />vided in Chapter 1, Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code of the City of University <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />Section 4.
