Session 1792 <br />September 11, 2000 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK'S DOCKET: <br /> <br />BILLS FOR SECOND AND THIRD READINGS: <br /> <br />BILL NUMBER 8491 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON BEHALF OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WHICH <br />PROVIDES THAT THE CITY SHALL RECEIVE GRANT FUNDS FOR THE <br />COSTS TO REPLACE A BRIDGE ON 82ND BLVD. 300 FEET NORTH OF OLIVE <br />BLVD. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt moved adoption. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion. AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. <br />Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe, Mayor Adams. NAYS: <br />none. Bill No. 8491 was approved unanimously and became Ordinance No. 6268. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved that the Council adjourn to Executive Session at 8:35 p.m, Room 6, 2nd <br />floor to discuss real estate issues according to RSMo 610.021(2). Mr. Munkel seconded <br />the motion. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquirt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. <br />Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor Adams.
