BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Urban Renewal Plan for the Delmar Loop project hereby amended as fol lows: 1. The LCRA may in its discretion exercise its authority to acquire by the power of eminent domain granted to it by Chapter 99 of the Missouri Revised Statutes of 1978 improved real estate with one or more vacant buildings thereon for the purpose O~rcausi~g ~he reh~f l tat loTrand - reuse of the property for the urban renewal project.
