Beginning at a point in the west line of Kingsland <br /> Avenue, 80 feet wide, being 254.50 feet north of the <br /> northeast corner of a tract now or formerly conveyed to <br /> the City of University City by deed recorded in Book 6333 <br /> page 2313 of the St. Louis County Records; thence west- <br /> wardly along a line perpendicular to said west line of <br /> Kingsland Avenue 136.50 feet to a point; thence <br /> continuing westwardly 194.10 feet to a point in the east <br /> line of Block 4 of the aforementioned "University <br /> Heights" said point being 479.80 feet north along said <br /> east line from the north line of Delmar Boulevard, 80 <br /> feet wide; thence northwardly along said east line of <br /> said Block 4 and its prolongation 184.30 feet to a point; <br /> thence westwardly along a line perpendicular to said east <br /> line of said Block 4, 74.00 feet to a point in the east <br /> line of Harvard Avenue, 50 feet wide; thence northwardly <br /> along said east line of Harvard Avenue, to the southwest <br /> corner of Lot 3 of Block 2 of said "University Heights'; <br /> thence eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 3 of <br /> Block 2, 138.19 feet to the southeast corner thereof; <br /> thence northwardly along the east line of said Block 2, <br /> 213.00 feet to a point; thence eastwardly along a line <br /> perpendicular to the aforementioned west line of <br /> Kingsland Avenue 180.00 feet to a point in said west <br /> line; thence southwardly along said west line of <br /> Kingsland Avenue 568.50 feet to the point of beginning <br /> and containing in all 154,830 square feet or 3.55 acres <br /> more or less. <br /> Section 2. Except for the change of classification herein made, said <br /> Chapter 34 of t he Municipal Code of University City (the University City Zoning <br /> Code) shall remain in full force and effect, as heretofore amended, and all the <br /> provisions, conditions, restrictions, and regulations therein shall apply to the <br /> property herein described, according to the classification in which it is placed <br /> by this ordinance. <br /> Section 3.
