<br /> after make a contract with any city or fire district other than the above
<br /> enumerated cities and fire districts to furnish fire service for such cities
<br /> and fire districts exchange for compensation, such agreement shall auto-
<br /> matically terminate the provisions of this ordinance as to such membership city E
<br /> or fire district which shall hereafter so contract some third party or
<br /> unincorporated area unless this member city shall have first received the
<br /> approval of all the cities hereinabove enumerated in writing prior to executing
<br /> such contractual agreement for the furnishl.ng of services of the fire
<br /> g
<br /> department.
<br /> Section 9. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
<br /> after its passage as provided by law. y
