The City C.lerk. is hereby directed to advertise for <br /> sealed bids in a regular weekly newspaper, of general circulation, published <br /> in the County of St. Louis, Missouri, by an insertion to appear at least ten <br /> (10) days prior to the date set for the opening of the bids, which will be <br /> received by him at his office. up to. ten-thirty (10:30) o'clock (C.S.T.) <br /> Thursday morning, the 17th day of May 1984, and then to be <br /> opened in the presence of the City Manager, who will award the contract to the <br /> lowest responsible bidder, subject to confirmation by the City Council. The <br /> City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
