C. STAGES OF THE PROJECT. <br /> <br /> The only staging of the project will result from the ability of <br /> <br />UCRC to attract private investors. .This will be accomplished by <br />advertising as well as cooperation with University City Land Clearance <br />for Redevelopment Authority and the City of University City Department <br />of Planning and Development. <br />D. ZONING CHANGES. <br /> <br /> No zoning changes are contemplated. <br /> <br />E. STREET CHANGES. <br /> <br /> No immediate change in the existing street patterns in the project <br /> <br />area is contemplated, but improved safety, privacy, and neighborhood <br /> <br />character are important concerns <br />considered where appropriate and <br />Section A above. <br /> <br />F. HOUSING. <br /> <br />and propos'als for changes will be <br />following the studies proposed ~n <br /> <br /> Most of the properties which will be rehabilitated are vacant and <br />unsuitable for habitation, thus, it is contemplated that there will be <br />very limited displacement in the Project Area. It is planned that <br />existing tenants will move to the newly rehabilitated propertie~ or to <br />existing housing in residential areas in the general vicinity of the <br />Project Area. <br /> <br />G.
