Section Three. The Plan for the Project Area having <br /> been duly reviewed and considered, is hereby approved, and the <br /> City Clerk be and is hereby directed to file the copy of said <br /> Plan with the minutes of this meeting. <br /> Section Four. It is hereby found and determined that <br /> the Plan for the Project Area conforms to the general plan for <br /> the City. <br /> Section Five. It is hereby found and determined that <br /> the financial aid provided and to be provided for financial <br /> assistance pertaining to the Project Area is necessary to enable <br /> the redevelopment activities to be undertaken in accordance with <br /> the Plan for the Project Area, and that the financial plan for the <br /> Project Area is feasible. <br /> Section Six. It is hereby found and determined that <br /> the Plan for the Project Area will afford maximum opportunity, <br /> consistent with the sound needs of the City as a whole, for the <br /> redevelopment of the Project Area b <br /> private development to be sought y private enterprise, said <br /> Of Section 99.450, Revised StatutesrOfaMissourie requirements <br /> Section Seven. It is hereby found and determined that <br /> no relocation of occupants of the Project Area will be required, <br /> because there are no occupants. <br /> Section Eight. It is hereby found and determined that <br /> the Plan for the Project Area gives due consideration to the <br /> provision of adequate public facilities and private and public <br /> parking facilities. <br /> Section Nine. In all contracts with private or public <br /> redevelopers of any portion of the Project Area, wherein the <br /> Authority shall sell property for redevelopment or rehabilitation, <br /> the redeveloper and all those holding under the redeveloper, shall <br /> agree to use the property in accordance with the provisions of the <br /> Plan, and be bound by the conditions and procedures set forth <br /> therein. <br /> Section Ten. If the Project Area is sold to a redevelop- <br /> ment corporation formed pursuant to Chapter 353, Revised Statutes <br /> Of Missouri, 1978, as amended, tax relief to the redeveloper shall <br /> be provided during the fifteen (15) year period after the date <br /> upon which such a redevelopment corporation acquires the Project <br /> Area in accordance with the provisions of such Chapter 353 and the <br /> Redevelopment Plan for the Project Area approved by the City <br /> Council under such Chapter 353. <br /> -4- <br />
