LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> All that part of Lot 8 in Block 2 of UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS AMENDED <br /> SUBDIVISION NO. 2, lying west of a private way 25 feet wide as now <br /> laid out and improved, fronting 83.08 feet more or less on the <br /> south line of Delmar Boulevard as widened and also the eastern 40 <br /> feet of Lot 7 adjoining said Lot 8 in Block 2 of UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS <br /> AMENDED SUBDIVISION NO. 2, according to plat thereof recorded in <br /> Plat Book 7, Page 69 of the 5t. STAGES OF PROJECT <br /> The project will be completed in one stage, at a tine. ZONING CHANGES <br /> There are no proposed changes in the zoning ordinance or map <br /> necessary for this project. <br /> E. There are two planned <br /> curb cuts, one on Trinity and one on Delmar to access on-site <br /> parking. <br /> F. HOUSING / <br /> This is a vacant building. No one is being displaced. <br /> G. PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> We currently have the property under contract for purchase, <br /> scheduled to close mid-October, 1984. Acquisition by eminent <br /> domain is not required. <br /> H. ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> The 6900 Delmar building is currently under contract and a <br /> mid-October closing date is anticipated.
