l <br /> Section 2. Except for the change herein made, said Chapter 34 of the <br /> Municipal Code of the City of University City [University City Zoning Code] as <br /> amended, shall remain in full force and effect, and all the provisions, <br /> conditions, restrictions, and regulations therein shall be in full force and <br /> effect. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any <br /> person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the <br /> violation of Section 34-26.2, nor to bar the prosecution of any such violation. <br /> Section 4. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the pro- <br /> visions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the <br /> 4 <br /> penalty provided in Chapter 1, Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br /> University City. <br /> Section 5.
