Same - Penalty. <br /> Any police officer finding a minor violating any of the <br /> provisions of this section shall warn the minor to desist <br /> immediately from such violation and shall promptly report <br /> the violation to his superior officer who shall cause a } <br /> written notice to be served upon the parent, guardian, or <br /> person in charge of such minor, setting forth the manner <br /> in which this section has been violated. No police record F <br /> however shall be made with respect to any minor in <br /> connection with the violation of any of the provisions of <br /> this Ordinance, nor shall any minor be subject to any <br /> penalty provided for in Chapter 1, Section 1-8 of the <br /> Municipal Code of the City of University City; and any <br /> parent, guardian, or person in charge of such minor who <br /> shall knowingly permit such minor again to violate the <br /> provisions of this section, after receiving notice of the <br /> first violation, shall be subject to the penalties <br /> i <br /> provided in Chapter 12, Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code <br /> of the City of University City for each successive <br /> violation. <br /> Section 2.
