Except for the change herein made, said Chapter 34 of <br /> the Municipal Code of University City (the University City Zoning Code) shall <br /> remain in full force and effect, and all the provisions, conditions, <br /> restrictions and regulation therein shall be in full force and effect. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve <br />- 4 <br /> any person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the <br /> violation of Section 34-9, nor to bar the prosecution of any such violation. <br /> Section 4. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the <br /> provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the <br /> penalty provided by law. <br /> Section 5.
