7520 Pershing: <br /> The West 55.34 feet of Lot 9 in Block "A" of BEMISTON, a <br /> Subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as per plat <br /> thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 64, of the St. Louis <br /> County Records; together with said improvements, thereon <br /> known as and numbered as 7520 Pershing. <br /> Section 2. Except for the change of classification herein made, <br /> said Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of University City [the University City <br /> Zoning Code] shall remain in full force and effect, as heretofore amended, and <br /> all the provisions, conditions, restrictions and regulation therein shall <br /> apply to the property herein described, according to the classification in <br /> which it is placed by this ordinance. <br /> Section 3.
