the ad volorem tax abatement benefits <br />Modified, by reason of the foreclosure <br />insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings, by <br /> <br />of Chapter 353.110 R.S. Mo., 1978 as <br />of any mortgage or other lien, through <br />order of any Court of competent juris- <br /> <br />diction, by voluntary transfer or otherwise, and the purchaser of such real <br />property or such redevelopment corporation shall continue to use, operate and <br />maintain such real property in accordance with the uses of the Development Plan, <br />said property shall continue to receive the partial tax relief provided in <br />Chapter 353.110 R. S. Mo., 1978 as amended, for the remainder of the tax abated <br />period; but if such real property shall be used for a use different than that <br />described in the Development Plan, or in the event that the purchaser does not <br />desire the property to continue under the Development Plan, the real property <br />shall be assessed for ad volorem taxes upon the full true value of the real <br />property. <br /> <br /> Section 8. That the sac[ions of this ordinance shall be severable. <br />That in the event that any section of this ordinance is found by a Court of <br />competent jurisdiction to be uncons~itut_ional, the remaining sections of this <br />ordinance shall remain valid, unless the Court finds that the valid sections of <br />this ordinance are so essentially and inseparably connected with and dependent <br />upon the void section that it cannot be presumed that the City Council would have <br />enacted the valid sections without the void ones, or unless the Court finds that <br />the valid sections standing alone are incomplete and are incapable of being <br />executed in accordance with the legislative intent of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 9o This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage as provided by law; and the City Clerk shall record this ordi- <br />nance with the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County. <br /> <br /> PASSED this . 20th day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> v CITY CLERK <br /> <br />CERT~.F_I.
