The habitable floor area for the first bedroom in a living unit shall not bc less than 100 square feet. The habitable floor area for all other bedrooms sixall be not less than 80 square feet for the first occupant and for over one occupant not less than 50 square feet additional per occupant. A habitable room shall have a ceiling height of at least 7'-6". Access to a single bathroom shall be provided from iuside the living unit. In such cases access may not be directly from a hit- chen, or through a bedroom when tilere is more than one bedroom in a dwelling unit. Access to every habitable room in a dwelling unit shall be provided without passing through a bathroom or water closet compartment.
