SECTION PM-105.0 CONDEMNATION--Delete in its entirety. <br />(See Section PM-112.0) <br /> <br />SECTION PM-106.0 NOTICES AND ORDERS--Delete in its entirety. <br />(See Section PM-113.0) <br /> <br />SECTION PM-107.0 PLACARDING--Delete in its entirety. <br />(See Section PM-112.0) <br /> <br />(SECTION PM-109.O VIOLATIONS) <br /> <br />PM-109.1 Unlawful acts <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, <br />construct, alter, extend, repair, remove, demolish, maintain, fail <br />to maintain, provide, fail to provide, use or occupy, let to <br />another for use or occupancy or permit another person to use or <br />occupy any structure, premises, or equipment regulated by this <br />code, or cause same to be done, contrary to or in conflict with or <br />in violation of any of the provisions of this code, or to fail to <br />obey a lawful order of the code official, or to remove or deface a <br />placard or notice posted under the provisions of this code. <br /> <br />PM-109.2 Penalty <br />Any person, firm or corporation, who shall violate any provision of <br />this code shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to the <br />penalties provided in Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code of the City <br />of University City. Each day that a violation continues after due <br />notice has been served, in accordance with the terms and provisions <br />hereof, shall be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />SECTION PM-110.0 DEMOLITION--Delete in its entirety. <br />(See Section PM-114.0) <br /> <br />SECTION PM-111.0 RIGHT TO APPEAL--Delete in its entirety. <br />(See Section PM-115.0) <br /> <br />SECTION PM-112.O NOTICES AND ORDERS <br /> <br />PM-112.1 Inspeotion letter <br />Whenever an inspector observes a violation of this code or has <br />grounds to believe that such a violation has occurred, an <br />inspection letter shall be served on the owner or the person or <br />persons responsible therefor either by mailing to the last known <br />address, or by personal delivery; or the matter shall be referred <br />to the code official for appropriate action. <br /> <br />PM-112.2 Notice to owner or to person responsible <br />Whenever the code official determines that there has been a <br />violation of this code or has reasonable grounds to believe that a <br />violation has occurred, notice shall be given to the owner or the <br />person responsible therefore in the manner prescribed below. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
