(b) <br /> <br />Collection from the alley. If the sanitation <br />truck makes the collection of refuse from the <br />alley, a box-type stationary container or <br />containers shall be located, clear of traffic, <br />adjacent to the alley line and shall be located <br />so as to be accessible to collection equipment. <br /> <br /> Seetion=. This ordinance shall not be construed so as <br />to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty <br />heretofore incurred by the violation of Section 14-12 thereof <br />of the Municipal Code of the City of University City, nor bar <br />the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> SectiOn ~. Any person, firm or corporation violating <br />this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to <br />the penalty provided in Chapter I, Section 1-8 of the <br />Municipal Code of the City of University City. <br /> <br /> ~ectloni.
