As used in this section, the term "inhabitablm <br />structure" means a ship, trailer, sleeping car, <br />airplane, or other vehicle or structure: <br /> <br />Where any person lives or carries on busi- <br />ness or other calling; or <br /> <br />Where people assemble for purposes of busi- <br />ness, government, education, religion, <br />entertainment or public transportation~ or <br /> <br />Which is used for overnight accommodation <br />of persons· Any such vehicle or structure <br />is "inhabitable" regardless of whether a <br />person is actually present. <br /> <br />As used in this section, the term "contrc) l]~,c~ <br />substances" means drugs, substances, or <br />immediate precursors in Schedules I through '~ <br />listed in Sections 195-005 to 195-425 RSMo. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation v~olating <br />any of the provisions of this ordinance, ,slnali. upon <br />conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in <br />Chapter 1, Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code of tho City of <br />University City· <br /> <br /> Section 3.
