9. Extent of RightS. The City reserves all rights in the <br />Loop Parking Lot not expressly surrendered or affected hereby and <br />reserves the right to take any action as may be necessary or <br />appropriate to prevent a dedication to the public of the Loop <br />Parking Lot. The Easements and License granted herein shall run <br />with the land for the benefit of the LOndon Property for the <br />duration of the Easements and License set forth herein. <br /> <br /> 10. Bindinu Effect. This Agreement shall be binding on and <br />inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective <br />successors in interest in the LOop Parking LOt and in the London <br />Property, respectively. Any successor in interest in the entirety, <br />or any portion of, the Loop Parking Lot, or in the entirety, or any <br />portion, of the London Property, shall take the same subject to the <br />benefits and burdens hereof and hereunder. The Easements and <br />License are not personal and all references herein to the City and <br />to London shall be to those persons who from time to time shall own <br />all or any portion of the Loop Parking Lot or the London Property, <br />respectively. Should ownership of the Loop Parking Lot or of the <br />London Property become fragmented, the liability of all such owners <br />hereunder shall be joint and several. Either party hereu~ermay <br />cause its obligations to be performedby its agents or contractors <br />and the other party shall accept such performance. <br /> <br /> 11. Notices.
