WHEREAS, the LCRA adopted an amendment to the Plan on April <br />2, 1980 and said amendment was approved by the City Council of <br />University City on November 17, 1980, by Ordinance No. 5267, and <br />recorded on April 21, 1981 at Book 7325, Page 1421, of the <br />Recorder of Deeds Office for St. Louis County, State of Missouri; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the LCRA adopted an amendment to the Plan on April <br />8, 1987, and said amendment was approved by the City Council of <br />University City on July 20, 1987, by Ordinance No. 5614, and <br />recorded on July 31, 1987 at Book 8176, Page 107, of the Recorder <br />of Deeds Office for St. Louis County, State of Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the property at 6665 Delmar Boulevard (the <br />"Property") is located within the project area boundaries of the <br />Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Louis London, Inc. is the owner of the Property; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, 6665 Urban Redevelopment Corporation is a Missouri <br />Urban Redevelopment Corporation operating and existing pursuant <br />to the provisions of Chapter 353 R.S.Mo. 1986, as amended; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, 6665 Urban Redevelopment Corporation, in <br />conjunction with Louis London, Inc., has submitted a <br />redevelopment proposal dated November 12, 1992, and revised on <br />December 4, 1992 (the "Redevelopment Proposal") for the <br />rehabilitation of the Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Louis London, Inc. is proposing to transfer <br />title to the Property to the LCRA who in turn is proposing to <br /> <br />STL-158889 <br /> -- 2 -- <br /> <br /> <br />
