Outdoor parking or storage of pickup trucks on any part of a residential lot when partially or fully loaded with items of any nature, unless such truck and its contents are screened from view at normal eye level from any street or adjoining lot. This subsection shall be in force for a trial period of six months from t~qe date of passage of this ordinance. Other than as provided in 1 and 2 above, pri- vate parking or storage of major recreational equipment in any side or rear yard may be permitted only when specifically approved by the zoning administrator in writing after an administrative hearing demonstrates that the parking or storage of such major recreational equipment will not impair an adequate supply of light or air to adjacent property~ in- crease the danger of fire, endanger the public safety, or substantially diminish or impair property values within the neighbor- hood.
