Hearing shall be held dur- <br />ing normal city working hours and notice <br />shall be mailed at least ten days prior to <br />the date of the hearing and sent by certified <br />mail to time owners of record of the abutting <br />properties as shown in city records. <br /> <br />Parking or storage of commercial motor vehicles <br />or commercial equipment on any part of a r{.ot - <br />dential lot; except that on any lot im~?rc, vc, d <br />with one or two family structure, a single corn- <br />mercial motor vehicle shall be permitted to be <br />parked or stored ~n a carport or- garage pro <br />vided the vehicle does not exceed 6 <br />height and the vehicle is owned and du! ./ <br />licensed by a legal occupant of the premises. <br /> <br />Repair or ser-vicle of any motor vehicle in any <br />residential zoning district unless the activ~- <br />ties are confined within a completely enE]ns~d <br />building or unless the repairs are limited to <br />those defined heroin as minor motor vehicln <br />repairs and are fully completed within a period <br />of 24 hours or less; provided that all such <br />repairs shall be limited to the vehicles or thp <br /> <br />resident or residents living within the princi- <br />pal building. <br /> <br />Storage of mobile homes or use for dwe! 1 ~ng <br />purposes in any residential zoning district. <br /> <br />The use of major recreational equipment for <br />living, sleeping or housekeeping purposes Hhen <br />parked or stored in a residential zoning <br />district. <br /> <br />Outdoor storage of major recreational equipment <br />in residential zoning districts, unless the <br />equipment is in condition for safe and effective <br />performance of ttne function for which it intend- <br />ed or can be made so at cost not exceeding the <br />value of the equipment in its existing state. <br /> <br />Security bars and burglar bars shall not be in- <br />stalled on any window or doorway of any one- or <br />t~o-family structure or any dwelling unit which <br />constitutes a portion thereof, excluding base- <br />ment windows. Such bars installed before the <br />effective date of this subsection may remain <br />subject to the provisions of Section 34-81 until <br />such time as there is a change in the occupancy <br /> <br /> <br />
